With a fully-equipped NICU and advanced neonatal and pediatric emergency treatment, we provide round-the-clock care in pediatrics in Las Colinas, Irving. Dr. Melissa Reynoso

 

Born in California and raised in the DFW area, Dr. Melissa Reynoso brings warmth, expertise, and genuine compassion to pediatric care. Her journey from the University of North Texas, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry, to UT Southwestern Medical Center for her medical degree, reflects her dedication to healing young lives.
During her pediatric residency at UT Southwestern/Children's Dallas, Dr. Reynoso developed a passion for advocacy and caring for underserved communities—a commitment she brings to her practice every day.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Reynoso is dedicated to serving diverse communities and ensuring every child receives compassionate, personalized care. Her bilingual abilities help her connect with families from various backgrounds, building trust and understanding.

When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Reynoso enjoys baking, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Carolina Skertchly, PNP

 

Carolina is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2014 with a background in Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatric Cardiac ICU, and School Nursing. She grew up speaking Spanish and is fully bilingual.

Carolina is passionate about providing preventative and holistic care in pediatrics in Las Colinas to children of all ages in order to improve the health of the community as a whole. The most rewarding aspect of her job is collaborating with families to support the upbringing and development of their children. She loves watching the family grow together and enjoys the challenges and fun that come with every stage of childhood. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and dog and enjoys running, traveling and spending time outdoors.

Brandie Chambers, PNP

 

Brandie Chambers is a Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing exceptional care to infants and children. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University Pueblo and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Before becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she spent 16 years as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  Her expertise ensures that her patients receive the highest standard of care.

Brandie has always been drawn to caring for infants and children and finds joy in supporting families through their healthcare journeys. She especially enjoys teaching new parents and watching her patients grow and thrive.

Originally from Colorado, Brandie moved to Texas in 2015 to escape the cold weather. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her son and three dogs and taking relaxing vacations to the beach.
